  • Great Apartment Home

    My husband and I have been living here for a year and just resigned our lease. LOVE our apartment and the extra security feature. Maintenance normally comes within 24hrs if needed & Erin always goes above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Close to the interstate and grocery store. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking.

  • Wonderful Apartment Complex

    My family has lived at Lighthouse Landings for almost three years. The office staff and maintenance staff have always been very friendly and helpful. The location is great. It is reasonably close to downtown Indianapolis and Greenwood shopping. The complex has a nice community pool and outdoor grilling station. The leasing office also has opportunities for residents to try to win $100 off monthly rent. My children always enjoy visiting the office for a special treat such as a fresh baked cookie ...
    or a piece of candy. The office also has a computer lab accessible to residents that has free printing.

  • Don’t do it!

    DO NOT recommend. We had a fairly good experience until it came to renewing our lease as well as the move out process. They INCREASED our rent by 150$ in a year and a half, on top of that the apartments inside and out are outdated, the windows and doors are not sealed well, there are animals CONSTANTLY barking or being left out on their balconies, and they are doing NOTHING to increase the worth of the property. ON TOP of all that, they we scrubbed our apartment top to bottom before moving out ...
    and they proceeded to charge us for "carpet replacement" when the carpet is in the SAME exact shape it was in previously. Basically they were just trying to get more money out of us.

  • Don't Do It!

    DO NOT move in here. It seems good while you're living there until you get charged for keys you never received, a reglazing of a countertop which was stained when you originally moved in and was told, it's fine. The fury I have with this complex is unreal. I've asked to speak with the property manager MULTIPLE times, yet I have yet to hear from her. While living there, I paid my rent on time, I never complained about anything, and after all of the money I've paid, I can't even get a courtesy ...
    call from the property manager?! I dealt with spider and miscellaneous bug infestation every other week. Yeah, they came out to spray, but the seal on this building is worn and outdated, so it continued to be a problem. You consistently hear the conversations of your neighbors through the walls, dogs barking on a regular basis. The total experience, was less than desirable. I wouldn't recommend this complex to any one. Please know that each positive review out here is posted as a result of the complex raffling off money off of your rent for the month. With that type of incentive, who wouldn't post a positive review?! Please... refrain from signing anything with this complex.

    DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU CARE AT ALL ABOUT YOUR FINANCES. FRONT OFFICE STAFF IS A JOKE! Don't be deceived from their smiling faces and friendly personality when you come and tour these apartments. They are false lies scamming you into signing a death sentence lease. All of the information they give you when you move in regarding breaking lease is fake. They tell you certain information and then charge you way more than they say they will. Signed a year lease, was told if we had to move it ...
    would be 2 months rent and that we could do a payment plan. We moved out on 2/21/17. I called mid feb to try and start up a payment plan for the lease fees and was told to wait until we received their "move out packet". Well I received their "move out packet" yesterday and there are a bunch of late fees saying that I didn't pay my rent on time. when bringing it up to Erin in the office she tells us that she never told us not to pay rent. This property is a leach and your the blood. I don't recommend living here.

    Light house landing is a wonderful place to live. The amenities are nice and maintenance addressed my request in less than 24 hours. They welcome pets and the office staff even has treats for pets. The staff is also very warm and inviting both before and after you move in.

    I have lived at Lighthouse Landings apartment complex for 10 years now. I considered moving on 2 or 3 different occasions. Every time I looked elsewhere, I always found myself wanting to stay at my current apartment. It is an extremely comfortable, quiet, convenient location. The leasing office and maintenance staff are very considerate and professional. I am very impressed. I guess that's why I haven't wanted to move anywhere else.

    Best apartment I've lived so far in my life. Located on the southside of Indianapolis, less than 5 minutes from 465, off of SR 37 between Banta and Southport rd. Close to a Kroger Superstore for food, and plenty of small restaurants for eating options. Booming area, with more stuff to come in the next decade. The staff employed are quick, efficient, and courteous. Issues are fixed within 48 hours, but almost all are handled same day, unless something bares it from being possible. Each apartment ...
