February 17, 2020my got and a couple more cars got broken into and my windows got busted as well and when i went to the leasing office to ask to see the camera to roll back and there was cameras up just not in service yet and i was thinking to myself whats the purpose of that,other than that i loved and adored my apartment,roomy spacious and the maintence man does a awesome job as well as the ladies at the leasing office their so professional and understanding and do their job very well ,the apartmetns its ...self its a great area ,right next to riverview police station,i actually miss it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 23, 2015They only thing good I could say about Lilac Courts Apt is that it have a big walk-in closet. Everything else about Lilac Courts Apt is that the appliances are outdated the walls are very thin you could hear other people conversations while you are sitting in your own apartment.Review from Apartments.com
