Almost perfect
September 1, 2025Location, amenities, quality of the unit, and staff are all fantastic. It's a bit pricey, but that's to be expected in Alexandria. The main thing that bugged me was the climate control was only able to do EITHER heat or cooling- as in a maintenance technician had to come go into the maintenance closet to switch it from one to the other. You couldn't just switch it yourself whenever you needed to. The maintenance techs come to switch it to heating in the fall and to cooling in the spring (Labor ...Day-ish and Memorial Day-ish.) This led to the unfortunate situation of it being really hot in April or thereabouts and I couldn't use turn on the AC because it wasn't time for the system to be switched-over yet. This is something I now make SURE to ask about with apartments, and so far there haven't been any other cases where it was the case so I'm not sure why the system is set up that way.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

January 30, 2024I love Lincoln old town. It is so quiet and in the perfect location. I am so happy I picked this apartment complex. The only issue I have is regarding appliances - our dish washer just doesn’t work. I will say when a request is put in, the maintenance team is wonderful.Review from Apartments.com

January 27, 2024I've lived in Lincoln Old Town now for a few months, and my experience here has been pretty positive. The apartment is beautiful and everything has worked well in my apartment. Things are quiet, and the amenities seem to be nice. There is a nice community in my hall, and I've enjoyed getting to meet some of my neighbors. I enjoyed an event the management put on last month - I wish they held things more often! Also, you can't beat the location, to be able to walk depe into Old Town, and have ...stores and restaurants within a few minutes walk. However, I tend to have a negative experience anytime I do need something and have to work with the front office staff, particularly my move-in. It's a shame it's such a nice complex with staff that aren't helpful when you need it. I'd generally recommend, particularly for the price point in the area.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
