January 30, 2024I love Lincoln old town. It is so quiet and in the perfect location. I am so happy I picked this apartment complex. January 27, 2024I've lived in Lincoln Old Town now for a few months, and my experience here has been pretty positive. The apartment is beautiful and everything has worked well in my apartment. Things are quiet, and the amenities seem to be nice. There is a nice community in my hall, and I've enjoyed getting to meet some of my neighbors. I enjoyed an event the management put on last month - I wish they held things more often! Also, you can't beat the location, to be able to walk depe into Old Town, and have ...stores and restaurants within a few minutes walk. However, I tend to have a negative experience anytime I do need something and have to work with the front office staff, particularly my move-in. It's a shame it's such a nice complex with staff that aren't helpful when you need it. I'd generally recommend, particularly for the price point in the area.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

November 15, 2023Fabulous reception from lease office on my arrival day. Organized and thorough. My apartment was better than I anticipated! Staff is helpful and friendly as are the other residents.
