April 11, 2025The staff do not care, will not maintain the property and we got random people stealing stuff and stalking through windows. When you request maintenance they will make it done then try to tell you. YOU NEVER PUT ONE IN. Guess the front lady forgets technically goes two ways. Ridiculous truly. Amazing place.
July 30, 2024I was sceptical about moving into this part of town due to all the news you hear about. It was pleasantly surprised to find it's a very clean, and friendly area. A commute like this and dealing with a management like this you are going to be dealing with old mold, trespassers, domestic violence, and the most blinded, incompatible people that do not care about your surroundings or there’s while on this property! Do not move here
September 9, 2021I haven't had hot water in 3 months. There's been bugs (including roaches) since I moved in here 6 months ago. The pool listed was only open for a few days a week this year. Our air conditioner goes out even when we set it between 70-75. The apartment has stayed hot all summer. Seriously, this is the worst place I have ever rented and would advice EVERYONE to find somewhere else to be.Review from Apartments.com
