July 31, 2021When searching for an apartment, my requirements for living were simple: in unit laundry, gated community (safety), and proximity to work. I have since learned I will be adding timeliness of office/maintenance to my list for the next place I live. As advertised, the community has gates. That being said, multiple gates are broken at all times. I would not define this as a gated community. I believe the front office is overworked and understaffed. Answers are hard to come by and receiving a call ...back or answers and results when promised probably will not happen -at least it hasn't for me, you may have better luck. Holes were cut in my living room to fix water leaks from the winter freezes four months ago. To give more perspective, I moved in four months ago. There have been holes in my wall longer than my furniture has been in my apartment. If you are looking for a complex with in unit laundry, close to the interstate for an easy commute, with the façade of a gated community, this is a great place. I've had no issues with mail, traffic, parking, or laundry. If you have higher standards than that, I would consider asking more questions of the management team before moving in.Property Manager Responded

Couldn't wait to leave
July 21, 2021Didn't give us correct floor plan. Loudest people ever upstairs. I mean ever! Management at first was telling us they were dealing with it. Then after 3 weeks straight up flipped the script and told us they have a right to live and go about their daily lives. And its fine I guess for us to be miserable. Hello! We pay rent too! Moved in and things broken. Took 3 weeks to fix ice maker and back splash behind kitchen sink was NEVER repaired. Our dryer broke and that took 4 days to repair. After 2 ...months we gave our notice and they let us out of our lease with no penalty. I guess they were tired of seeing us in the leasing office.Property Manager Responded

Love it here! Would Recommend!
October 22, 2020I moved in right at the beginning of the year (Feb) and have loved every day. The staff is extremely helpful and the maintenance guys are always quick to help if there is ever a problem. The location is great and you can get anywhere you need to go in OKC within a short amount of time. Perfect for students or a family. The amenities are perfect too, I use the gym, the pools, and the dog park regularly. They are all properly maintained and kept looking nice. Cute and Clean
October 12, 2020I have lived at Lincoln since August 2020 and I still cannot believe I live in such a beautiful community! The apartments are amazing but the grounds and landscaping is so well maintained. I love the compliments I get every time family and friends come to visit. August 16, 2019The Lincoln has been my home now for a year. I recently renewed my lease with the new management company. Weidner is a big step up from the old management company. Everyone I’ve encountered has been friendly and willing to help. Although the staff is mostly new to the office, they are knowledgeable and try hard to find a solution if they don’t know. Lynsey stayed which I was happy to know, it’s always nice to see a familiar face who knows you by name!
