All have been remodeled with, new tile floors, a new bathroom, brand new cabinets and drawers and a built-in microwave, and brand new granite counters in the bathroom and kitchen. Brand new appliances. Includes Fiber optic internet, with 1 gb/sec. downloads AND uploads. There is an extra $100/month flat rate charge for water, garbage, hot water and the 1 gb./sec. fiber optic internet. You'd pay $110/month after modem rental and regulatory fees just for the internet alone if you could find another apartment complex that offered it.

A great place to live

I really liked living at Linden Arms. My one-bedroom apartment was renovated before I moved in, which included an installation of the washer/dryer combo inside. The place has a nice pool and a gym, which is hardly used. The personnel is friendly and responsive to your needs. It's a quiet place, unless someone has a party in the barbecue area, which does not happen often. It's located 3 min walk away from a Safeway supermarket. I would highly recommend.

Linden was a great place to live. The location behind Safeway and the shopping center made it super convenient, and proximity to Wolfe means you can be on the expressway, the 101 or 280 in 5-10 minutes. Everyone is very friendly and the units are very spacious for the price you pay. Bryan is very responsive to any requests and Eduardo and his team are some of the nicest people I've met. Had I not moved offices, I would still be there to this day!

I have lived here for 2 years, honestly, this is the best apartment I ever lived! Trust me, I have lived 7 different apartments in the past 6 years and have encountered with all type of moving in- moving out dramas, I can confidently say that Linden Arms is the top notch. I want to especially thank the property manager Bryan, he is the man makes everything work smoothly with super friendly and professionally attitude. And I happened to find out that all the materials Bryan put in the property are very decent and durable, most of them come from Home Depot with great quality. The best part: this apartment is super dog friendly! I had a hard time to find an apartment accepts my big dogs in bay area:( We even have a nice sized dog run on property with cute poop bags handy! I just recently moved out of Linden Arms apartment, only because we bought a new home. Of all the communities I have rented so far, Linden Arms was the best in terms of overall living experience. . The one bedroom apartments (~800sq ft) is spacious enough to accommodate so many things. This is not something you get in most apartments where you have to cramp up everything in 500-600 sq ft. area, or otherwise you have to pay a hefty rent for a larger area. ideal for a small family. The management under Bryan strives to create a hassle-free living experience for its tenants, and constantly upgrades the existing features both within and outside the apartment (gym, play area, pool, internet, etc.). Any issue you report gets fixed in super quick time. I stayed close to 2.5 years here without any real problem. The location is just perfect - 2 minute walk to the busy El Camino where you get anything and everything; 7-8 minute walk to the nearby Braly park. Bryan has also managed to get the extremely super fast 1gbps fiber internet included in the utilities. You can easily get fooled for paying humongous rents at other so called luxury apartments with sub-standard service and much smaller area. But for all the services Linden Arms provides to its tenants at an extremely competitive rent, along with the location, Linden Arms would be my first choice.

This was my boyfriend and I's very first apartment together so naturally we had those goggles over our eyes where we ignored all the signs that this place was no good. We have been living here for almost a year now and right now we are paying 1,895 a month so over the year rent has jumped almost $400 and when we first we're moving in tons of people were leaving because they had raised rent over 4 times in one year. There is a huge roach infestation and I wish I was exaggerating but I am not. In ...

one month our apartment was sprayed down 4 times because we were finding roaches on our plates. There is no air conditioning and the way the building faces the sun glares right into your apartment for hours straight and it is so hot during the summer we had to spend over $500 in a portable air conditioner and fans which did little to help. You are not allowed to put up curtain to help because they want the grounds to look universally the same. It is a quiet place but you are right behind a Safeway so at 4am you get a front row seat to the trucks loading and unloading. I would not recommend this place at all. It looks nice but it really is a Trojan horse of a place to live.
