April 14, 2026The location is the best part of this apartment complex. Aside from that, expect your maintenance requests to be done half assed. It is “completed” by basically covering the issue. I had one experience in particular that still has me baffled. We have water damage with potential molding (which we still experience a leak during heavy rain) and the maintenance working just decided to SPRAY PAINT over the water spot. Did not examine it or see the potentials of mold even though there are black dots ...around the window frame. So this just tells you what all the other requests are “completed”. It’s not gonna get done properly unless you do it yourself & at that point it’s not worth living at, because what am I paying the property for? Negligence? Granted, we have had maybe 2 decent completions. But it’s not enough to cover the bad ones.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Love all the amenities and all the nature in the neighborhood. And the maintenance team is amazing here. Never had an issue with any of them.
