December 24, 2025Addison was very thorough and friendly throughout the whole process. Originally, I had planned to move in on December 4th, but if you check the almanac, there was a torrential downpour that day, along with really cold temperatures. I ended up moving in the 6th instead. I told her it was fine, that I would sign the lease papers as originally drafted, and essentially pay for the 2 days I hadn’t resided there. She re-drafted all the paperwork to adjust for that 2 day period, which didn’t save me a ...critical amount of money per se, but it did save me a little bit. In this day and age where companies seem to only eye the bottom line, that gesture was a nice reminder that good people still exist. Other members of the staff have also been almost like friends when entering the leasing office. Carrie, at the Escape, was also really friendly when I first walked in, gave me a tour and all the things. I don’t know if it’s a managerial thing, or just good people work there, but whatever the formula is, keep it upProperty Manager Responded
