I can't wait to move out of this place
August 21, 2025I can’t wait to move out of here. This has been the worst decision I’ve ever made. Dogs are constantly off leash, there’s dog poop everywhere, the trash bins are always full and smell awful, I’ve had lost mail, and the apartment walls are so thin you can hear literally everything your neighbors do. The sprinklers will spray you as you're coming in and out of the building, and to top it all off, they towed my car due to poor communication about construction and now they’re charging me $210 for it. ...I promise you, you will regret moving here in every possible way. And good luck finding a parking after 11pm. There is nothing worse than living in this neighborhood.Property Manager Responded

Not a safe place to live!
November 8, 2024This place is an absolute nightmare! They constantly have guys riding around on dirt bikes and 4 wheelers with ski masks on, their maintenance team is extremely shady and lazy. Ive had multiple packages stolen from the lockers in the office, how does that happen..? This whole place is shady and will charge you for every dime they can think of when you move out. Run away from this place! Not to mention the MOLD! EVERYWHERE!Property Manager Responded

Disappointing new management
July 29, 2022Greystar has handled the transition in property management poorly. Lack of communication to residents including closed amenities with no forewarning. With a recent $200+ rent increase, quality has decreased to the point where I will not be renewing. The large amount of vacant apartments around me agree.Property Manager Responded

I'd Look Elsewhere
September 28, 2021Maintenance team is incredible! They are the highlight of living here. BEWARE of parking. If you pay an extra $100/month for a garage, they will TOW you across town if you accidentally forget to park in your garage. Joyful beginning
November 5, 2018It's moving day and we can't say enough about the exceptional customer service and care we have received. We feel welcomed and already part if the "Links" community. Our process was easy. Questions were thoroughly answered. We had several concerns as we did our walk-through and the issues were corrected immediately. Family Noises are Frowned Upon
November 18, 2015We loved living at this apartment at first. Grounds are beautiful. Maintenance staff is speedy. Interior of apartment units are smartly updated. Within a month our lower neighbors began to complain about being able to hear us walking, so my husband, my older child, and myself began to tip toe around our unit in an attempt to appease them. Our toddler cannot fathom the concept of stepping silently and slowly, so our lower neighbors filed a noise complaint which the apartments verified as the ..."sound of someone running back and forth between the hours of 11am and 4pm" in our unit-aka typical toddler behavior and movement. families deserve to know that they very well could be harassed over typical, healthy childhood behavior helplessly occurring during reasonable hours when considering whether or not to rent here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Never want to leave
September 23, 2015I have survived the move and have just started to enjoy the apartment. All of our service request have been taken care of in 1-2 days. It is very pet friendly, I like how there are doggy stations almost every 20 ft and you see a lot of people walking their dogs. I do not have a renovated apartment, yet I'm very impressed with the look and feel.Review from Apartments.com
The Links at Legacy Ridge
July 30, 2015This apartment is great, my husband and I have been living here since March and we can't say enough about this place. We live in a two bedroom and the space is unbelievable. The maintenance team is fantastic and live on site so they are happy to help no matter what time you need them. The complex is kept extremely clean and the pool is heated all year round. The only complaint we would have is there is not enough parking around the complex at night. IKEA Mixed with Mountain Home
July 23, 2015Overall these apartments are great and after touring many in the area (Village at Legacy Ridge, Lambertson Farms, Griffis Westminster, etc) I liked these ones the best. Here is why: 1. The clubhouse is bright and colorful with sleek modern furniture. Complete with a pool table and Mac computers available to use during office hours. 2. The pool and hot tub are open year round (Village at Legacy Ridge closes theirs in the colder months). 3. The apartments themselves are relatively large. Nice walk ...in closets and plenty of size in the bedrooms for a king size bed. 4. The location is great. It is off of a main street and surrounded by well kept single family homes. 5. Only a 15-20 minute drive to Denver & Boulder (each way). 6. Rent approval is largely based on credit score (which is great for those job searching/in-between jobs). 7. Pet friendly with a total "pet fee" lower than Village at Legacy Ridge. A few cons to consider: 1. Some of the apartments are renovated and others are not. The pictures online are of the newer apartments. The differences are the kitchen cabinets and countertops (older are lighter color scheme-oak cabinets and white laminate counters). Fixtures such as lights and door knobs. You will pay less for these apartments though. 2. Parking can be tight. They do offer garages for rent though.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
