        Beautiful property and excellent staff. Parking contract is a bit strict and unforgiving, can’t pay more than 5 days at a time for an extra vehicle or purchase monthly pass. Wyatt’s towing is known for being predatory in Westminster, so be diligent with time expirations and guests! Maintenance is quick and friendly. They care about their property and make sure people pick up their dogs yard deposits which I appreciate. Haven’t checked out the pool or hot tub yet. Overall I’m happy and comfortable ...

        I love living at Links at Legacy Ridge!! Brady the new manager takes him time to make sure that you are comfortable with where you live! I absolutely love having him apart of Links! The maintenance team are on top of getting work orders completed but they do need to pay attention when they close out a work order and we have to put in another one, but still stellar all around!

        Links needs improvement and needs to regain trust of residents with their actions because communication has not been thorough. I have disbelief management and maintenance will do a good job unless I am shown different. I need thorough communication, follow up, and well thought out actions to fix issues.

        Brady the manger is the best! He takes very could care of his residents and put them first which is a rare thing to see in a property manger! Jonatan from maintenance he is absolutely amazing and he gets work orders completed in a timely manner!! Would definitely recommend to live here! Yes there were some bumps along the road when they first took over but now everything seems to be moving forward and in a very amazing direction I can’t wait to see the outcome of the new management!
