LIES
June 8, 2024Whoever wrote the review on June 7th 2024 is clearly someone who hasn’t been there or someone who works for Wogan Group. It’s clear they’re writing false reviews to keep their rating at 3 stars. THAT INFORMATION IS FALSE. The pictures you see are 3 yrs old and taken by the old management company. The office management they have are the absolute worst. Staff in office is rude, doesn’t answer calls, and give false information. Since then new management, there hasn’t been any improvement in ...amenities. Pool hasn’t been clean in over a year, trash is everywhere every day, they canceled exterminators and refuse to pay anyone to landscape the area. Grass has not been cut in months. They simple do not care. You’ve been warned. The money you saved is not worth saving living in that establishment.Property Manager Responded

Great place to ive
June 7, 2024I've lived at Linx Apartments for four years, and the recent changes under the new management company have been transformative. The new staff is friendly, responsive, and dedicated to maintaining the property at its best. The community areas are cleaner and better maintained than ever before, creating a welcoming environment for all residents. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the improvements to amenities have greatly enhanced our living experience. The sense of community has ...significantly improved, making it a more enjoyable place to live. Overall, the positive changes have made Linx Apartments the best it's been in my time here.Property Manager Responded

the absolute worst
May 27, 2024Since Wogan Group has taken over this location, it has been the absolute worst. Manager and assistant lies constantly, they won’t answer any of your calls, grass hasn’t been cut in months, siding on the buildings are missing, writes 3rd grade level letters on doors that consist of lies, pool not cleaned, roaches are everywhere, potholes are huge, and the two people they have in charge are unprofessional individuals who lie constantly. Don’t believe the pictures. They look nothing like that at ...all. Matter of fact these pictures were taken before Wogan Group.Property Manager Responded

Awful office staff
May 15, 2024Wogan took over and this place has gone way downhill. Cancelled all pest control so roach infestations are back in full force. Nothing gets fixed in a timely manner if at all my ac was broken and they were informed for 4 months at least once a week and it never got truly fixed would only be for a week or so then it would stop again. The biggest issue is incompetence from the leasing woman she I always lying to tenants will tell you she's going to find out and give you a call no matter your issues ...then she never will, straight up told my wife that she ignores calls she recognizes the number belonging to someone who's complained before. Final straw was she lost a rent payment and they expected me to just pay it again. Do not live here.Property Manager Responded
