    I’ve been living here eight months now and it’s been great. The community is clean, I really enjoy using the gym and how quiet the community is. I also enjoy sitting on the balcony on Sunny mornings, getting a glimpse of all the dogs in the neighborhood.

    So far everything has been amazing I love the events that take place in the club house and the maintenance request are quickly fixed , the trash service is a a plus since I live on the 3rd floor.

    The Lodges of Black Forest is the best apartments I have ever lived in. The staff is helpful and attentive! The maintenance is always there within 24 hours of submitting. I love the amenities on both sides mostly because one pool and spa is open year round. The gym is more adequate than any membership I’ve paid for.

    The windows are very drafty which makes the apartment bedrooms freezing. I love the amenities as well as our view. The tanning bed was an unexpected but MUCH appreciated one. Your coffee machine is very fancy and I use it almost every day. I haven’t met many of the neighbors yet, but the ones I have are friendly as well as the staff.
