September 26, 2025The community is peaceful, people are friendly, and the amenities are great! I enjoy meeting all the dogs when I’m out on walks. I have a balcony that faces east where I enjoy the morning sunrise and sun. My two cats enjoy the balcony as well sunbathing, watching the birds and dogs. September 9, 2025Came here after a lengthy discussion with the management of our ability to afford the rent and other expenses because of my pending retirement and disability. Finally got it sorted out and moved in. Only to find as the first month was going by the seemingly terrible preparation of the apartment for the new tenants. Dog hair is everywhere every time the AC comes on and with my wife’s allergies it has become unbearable. The shower leaks mold has formed behind the toilet and floor. The refrigerator ...is not level slams the door for it into the cabinets next to it. The upstairs neighbors don’t respect the noise level and stomping on the sealing is almost every single morning. I understand kids but please! The second bathroom shower water temperature drops when used at the same time as the washer. They didn’t wipe down the appliance or anything else before we moved in. For the amount of trouble that we inconvenience ourselves with you would have thought it would have been spotless.Property Manager Responded
