I lived in this building from May2021 to May2022. I experienced a reoccurring bedbug problems for months that I found out was affecting multiple units. I had to trash all of my furniture, just like the tenant that was in the apartment next to me. Shortly after having my apartment treated for bedbugs, I came home to find out that someone had illegally entered my apartment and installed a spy camera. Mike and Christie ignored every message I sent about this and made no changes to the security of ...
the building. The homeless people wandering our hallways during the winter didn't make me feel safe. Between the noise from Xbar, the bugs, and the spy camera it was never easy to sleep. Not to mention they gouge you for cleaning fees when you move out. 200$ for a move out clean, but then also charged 490$ for some dusting, changing lightbulbs, and two small repairs.
