August 4, 2019The manager is horrible. The property is filthy and as long as she sits in her lil cubby she could care less. She’s rude and very disconnected from her tenants and for what you pay in rent that shouldn’t be a factor.Review from Apartments.com
Bad review for bad and rude management
November 5, 2018The office manager very rude, impolite, unprofesional at all, she deal with the residents like slaves seriously she think that she own the property and yielding, snapping with no Reason depend on her mood ... And there are some neighbors very annoying fighting all the time and she didn’t do anything and try to be bossy on the good people in addition of that they keep raising the Appartment rent with any additional important or extra facilities.... it’s really soooooo badReview from Apartments.com
I enjoyed my time here
October 31, 2015I've lived at London Square for a year and it's not the nicest apartments, but Ive enjoyed my time here and have not had many problems. If you don't mess with people, they won't mess with you. Cops are often circling our complex and it could be a good or bad sign, but I've never feared my neighbors though I am aware that some of them are into drugs and such. Maintenance takes care of problems in a decently timely manner. They are always working on things on the complex to improve. Anita, the ...leasing manager, is very friendly and I renewed my six month lease because of her. She's so nice and makes my stay more comfortable. All in all, I would renew my lease again if I were staying in Dallas, but I'm not so I have to move. I like that it's close to the galleria mall and belt line road, which has great restaurants. I would recommend these apartments if you were looking for a decent place to stay on a budget.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
London Square Apartments
August 7, 2015We have had drugs, condoms lying around in the laundry rooms, and poor maintenance. I still have problems with the breaker box, even after having it looked at once. Earlier this year, I had three attempts to fix the leak that was in a vent above my toilet. It took complaining to the city to get it done right. We still have jerks that think the complex is "party central"; they play car stereos and/or radios in their apartments extremely loud.
