This place is completely full of irresponsible adults that are allowed to have dogs. Dogs are barking and howling 24/7. There is nothing the management can do about it. Regardless of what shift you work, your neighbors will leave their dogs unattended sometimes days on end and the dog will howl and bark so you can forget taking a nap or even sleeping for that matter. There is also a motorcycle club house directly behind the building and they play loud music starting every Thursday Night til ...
Saturday Night to about 4 a.m...please adhere to these warnings and save your money.

Apartment infested with fleas

Living in this loft was a complete nightmare. On day 2 of moving in I began to notice bites on my legs everyday would be more bites. So I started to inspect the floors and base boards of the loft and I found fleas. Big fleas! I tried everything to get rid of them mind you I don’t have a pet. After contacting the company they tried to assist but nothing helped the fleas kept populating. Mind you I’m going through this while 6 months pregnant. Trying to work with them on terminating my lease was ...
hell. I had to contact code a compliance it got so bad. I do not recommend these lofts! You’ve been warned!

Amazing experience

As soon as you walk into long lofts you feel right at home. The staff and residents are extremely nice and helpful. The atmosphere is clean, smells good, and very modern. I would highly recommend long lofts if you are looking to live in the Petersburg area.
