poorly built housing
March 14, 2017I visited a relative at Long Pond Shores over the weekend, and had to write this review. She has a two bedroom town house. As we sat in the dining area I could see the wind lifting up the window covers, the cold was coming right through. She was preparing dinner so the oven was on and it was still cold in that room. They turned up the temperature and it barely got warm down stairs, however one of the rooms upstairs got so warm that after watching tv in there for a few minutes one of the ...residents came down with a sweaty forehead. I have never seen a more poorly built apartment complex. I am hoping that after seeing this review the company that owns this complex will do something to fix this problems for the residents.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Long Pond Shores
September 12, 2015Water constantly in the basement storage area. Dryers don't dry as they are not vented properly. Grounds upkeep lousy. Shrubs overgrown and blocking views from your windows. Grapevines growing in the trees and shrubs. Found a dead rat outside my patio door! When I called the manager - I was told "he's outside" . Not - so sorry, or we will come and take care of it for you... Paving patched and patched and patched. Very unsightly. Never any Holiday decorations - not even any hint of Holiday ...Time at Christmas. Very depressing. The apartment next to our building have the cops here almost weekly. Very unsettling.
