Quiet, Comfortable, Clean
July 21, 2025This is a great apartment! Jessica is helpful, responsive, and open during the tour and after move-in. It's clear they aren't trying to hide anything: you get exactly what you see, and if there's an issue they haven't noticed they'll fix it before you move in. The lease balances tenant freedom with safety, and Ana is quick about sending it and approving it. Pablo and Efrain with maintenance are friendly and professional, calling to make sure they can go in for requested repairs if we don't answer ...the door, and making sure they lock the door on the way out. The bathroom fixtures all look brand new in our unit and work well. Hot water is very consistent. I haven't seen any sign of pests, but I'm sure they'd sort it out fast if I ever do. The air conditioners are a bit loud compared to central air, but they control the temp really well, and that's the only noise here besides the occasional footsteps.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
