Would rather be Homeless.

Would not recommend anyone move to this place. Lived here for a year, problems from the first week of living there. Tub leaked into the apartment underneath us for the entire year, multiple times they tried to tell us we just couldn't use the tub at all. Changed our locks without notifying us. Our air handler contactor blew up becuase maitenence didn't wire it correctly when it went out, causing our air handler to catch fire. Were told that these things happen, and we just have to deal with no AC ...
for well over a week in summer. The bugs are insane, Reported multiple times that we had a bug issue even when I was cleaning daily and spraying daily. Pest control finally contacted Three months later. Not to mention the Shooting that occured in our building. Pay the extra $200 a month and go somewhere else.

Love The Lakes at Harbison

Excellent location. Conveniently located near Harbison (shopping and restaurants) and I-26. Walking and biking trails nearby. Rent includes membership to Harbison Rec Center. Spacious kitchen, with lots of cabinet space. Nice size closets in bedrooms. Roomy dining and living area. Clean and well maintained residences that offer many amenities for a very reasonable monthly price. -J Privette

Secluded Community

I absolutely love this place. If you are looking for a quiet area but still have close access to shopping and parks, this is the area for you. The staff is great and very understanding. My lease agreement included a free membership to the rec. center. From the apartment I can even walk to the Columbiana Mall, Recreation Center, Walmart, and many other shopping areas. F.Simmons

Great Secluded Community

Lakes at Harbison has been an excellent community to be a part of. We have lived here for almost two years and have not had a major issue. Every small maintenance concern we have had is addressed in a timely manner and the management staff is always willing to help with our needs. The local area is perfect and it is very close to the Harbison area, while not having to worry about the traffic headache that directly surrounds Harbison. Our apartment also includes access to the Harbison Recreation ...
Center, which has an indoor pool as well as hot tub and sauna, as well as a full scale gym. This location has been a blessing in disguise and we love it here!
