In 1909, the Louisa Hotel opened its doors, welcoming immigrants arriving to work in the booming Alaskan canneries. By the ‘20s and ‘30s the Chinatown/International District was abuzz with people, setting the stage for the neighborhood you know and love today. Terrible place and management

Terrible management that's rarely on-site. Elevators always down. Payment system screwed over everyone in the building with double charges and missing payments. Will lose your check or say it's late to get you to pay more. Terrible communication between management and whoever manages them. Management has switched over 4x and they will most likely screw up your lease.
