Superb Place to Live!
August 18, 2022My boyfriend and I have lived here for about a month now and we are BLOWN away by everything Lowertown Lofts has to offer from the friendly and helpful property managers to the amenities and the incredibly spacious apartments. We got super lucky to find this property and never imagined we'd end up moving to a place like such because we were originally looking in Minneapolis where the places were much more expensive and smaller. There's no way you'd ever find lofts as large as these and for the ...affordable cost anywhere else. Whenever there are any maintenance issues, they are resolved in a very timely manner. This property literally checked every single box for what my boyfriend and I were hoping for. We're shook!!!Property Manager Responded

Great Location and Professional Staff
September 30, 2016Lowertown Lofts is located in beautiful part of St. Paul, right next to Mears Park. The location is great for exploring and there is so much to see and do around 5th St., where the apartments are located. The building itself in incredibly well kept and extremely clean 24/7. Great Place
September 28, 2015So far, my partner and I have been here for almost a year and we love it. We have nice tall ceilings and the apartments are very spacious. The area is amazing, everything is close by, the metro is right in front of our building and the Train station is right behind our building. The people in our building are very friendly. Not to mention we have a movie theater, two music studios, two study areas, and a nice yoga room. There's also a dog park right across the street and that's very convenient ...considering i have a cute dog. I would recommend this apartment to almost anyone!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great location and character
July 21, 2015Each apartment in the building is unique. Mine features 18' ceilings and a brick accent walls. Dogs are allowed and there are lots! The building itself is within walking distance to everything you need and the light rail picks up right behind the ramp. The staff is very friendly and helpful! My only complaint is the parking. You only get one spot in the ramp behind the building per apartment, so if you are living with someone else who needs a car one of you will be in the ramp 5 blocks away(not ...great in the winter!!!)Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Lowertown Lofts is great!
October 25, 2013I can see how someone would have an issue with noise...the pipes ARE exposed. However, it's not anywhere near as bad as stated, and the amenities and awesome people here FAR outweigh any noise complaints we have...and we live in the noisiest apartment in the building! This is a very dog-friendly community, there are lots of dogs in the building. There's even a grooming room! There's a very nice party room, and even a little coffee machine for when you need a pick-me-up. And location, location, ...location...right across from Mears Park, within walking distance of great food...the St. Paul Art Crawl actually has artists IN our building!
