I’ve lived on this property for a little over a year and NEVER HAVE I HAD SUCH AWFUL CUSTOMER service !!! There has not been ANY HOT water at the apartment for a full month for over 6 months. There is ALWAYS an issue and no one can help nor do they want to help. I’ve called and spoke with several different managers because the turnover is awful! When I called and spoke with a lady named Melissa, she wouldn’t allow me to voice my concerns of NOT having hot water she continued to interrupt me ...

after I asked her not to. I then asked for the number to corporate and she says that they are closed. I’ve bought hotels for the night so my family and I can have a hot shower... that in itself is tragic. Especially when you’re paying over 800 a month and no one in MANAGEMENT wants to help the tenants! This is the worst place to live because no one can help with any issue!!! As soon as my lease is up... I’ll be moving out like all the other people I see moving weekly!

I don’t normally write reviews, but I feel compelled to write one this time. These apartments are pristine and modern. The location is very convenient to the highway, local shopping, and just about everything you can think of. The rent is very reasonable. The staff are so incredibly helpful. They are kind, polite, and happy to answer any questions you have. 100% reccomend them.

Well to start for the price that we are paying it is not that bad. The only downside is we have an upstairs apartment and are always trying to keep it cool when it's so hot outside. It seems to be near to impossible though. After making many complaints all I was ever told to close other vents and only leave one or two open. When we first moved in there was really poor management but now there is a new manager and she is doing a really good at getting things done when she says she will. Over all I ...
