Place Sucks!!!
December 15, 2022I have lived here since July 2021. I have had three major leaks... ants, roaches, fruit flies since moving in. The new company raises rent but doesn't do anything, four maintenance men since they took over June 2022. Pool closed.....looks green, Algy, but they didn't contact people it was closed. They tried to charge me higher rent and charge me for rent insurance.....which I have already paid for. No pet bags in 9 months but they advertise as pet friendly. Roaches and no maintenance- be warned
June 27, 2022The place is fine right? Okay location, nice staff but Jesus - the bugs. I’ve requested pest control for 3 months with nobody EVER coming by. They keep saying they have a stack of orders but what good is a stack that never goes anywhere? I’ve been waiting on orders to be completed since I moved in. I hate this place so bad and it sucks cause I like the actual apartment but the kitchen is way too small for that many roaches like….whoa. Very old, a lot of problems.
March 16, 2021Moved in 8/2020 and have had issues monthly. The buildings are old, windows are not insulated well. Heat or AC constantly run causing the electric bill be high. You hear all neighbors conversations and feel them walking. We had someone with 2 kids below us and when they’d run, it would shake our walls so much that photos and frames have fallen and broke. We pay for amenities that we can’t use and when you ask about the gym, they get rude and say they will email when it’s ready. Old buildings and insect problems
September 15, 2017My apartment has an ant problem. They come out of every crack and hole in the walls. Ants IN my bath tub, had ants in closet and around my door frames. I am constantly spraying Raid an cleaning but still they come. Exterminator service (when called) only sprays around problem area and place sugar bait but the ants still come Wood buildings and landings so shaky you hear every footfall and door slam. Spider webs on the steps of the stairs. Large crack in living area wall. Gnats and fruit flies ...problems. Bath tub is painted and now is peeling.Property Manager Responded
