February 6, 2025So they will tow you any possible way they can find. System wouldn’t let me add my father, less than 2 hours and his truck is towed and management could care less! Paper thin walls, dogs barking non-stop, nothing ever done about it. Once you sing the lease they could care less about you and any issues you have at this place. If I could get out of my lease I’d move out TODAYReview from Apartments.com

August 8, 2023There has been a problem for every month I have been here. I’ve lived here for four months. First week I lived here I had my door mat stolen even tho so many people had them. Next it was my washer. They came out multiple times to fix it. Said it was fixed every time. It wasn’t. Then it was the ants. Ants were biting me and my cat while sleeping. They were finding the smallest holes in the floor boards and the stick on flooring. I called on a Monday and they told me I’ll have to wait tell ...Thursday!!!! I just ended up buying ant spray from the store. Even though I do pay monthly for them to come out and spray. Next was my shower just completely stopped having good pressure. Then it was the trash. They switched the dumpster to a trash compactor. Resadents weren’t allowed to throw trash in it because it was locked. Trash pick up is at 8pm sharp. If you miss it by two minutes then they won’t pick it up when the form they send out clearly states “trash needs to be put out by 8 but bin will be returned at 7am”. You have to pay for the trash pick up you don’t have a choice. If you put two bags out you get charged an extra 25 dollars per bag. They say boxes need to be folded down but then proceed to not pick them up anyway. There is about 10 spots for visitors, FOR THE WHOLE COMPLEX! So if you don’t mind making your friends and family park down the road at some sketchy hiking trail and Definitely if you can deal with ants and black widows and have a perfect schedule for the trash pick up. Sure live here it’s new and has a pool with some great wasp friends. Also don’t belive the responses from the complex on the bottom of these reviews. The worst
July 23, 2023The people above me are so loud ALL THE TIME stomping, banging, slamming, etc at all hours of the night you can hear everything. It’s so loud they knocked my fire alarm down. I reported it and management did nothing. She had the audacity to say if it’s walking they can’t do anything. Why would I complain about walking or everyday living noises? The people below me can’t hear me, Ive asked. I work late and they start at 5-6am SHARP EVERY MORNING !!!!! Bouncing a ball in your apartment all day is ...insane!!!!!! She said we would have to come sit in your apartment and listen lol ma’am I told you my working hours and why would I lie about this!!! This place has horrible soundproofing and they are poorly built apartments, nothing luxury about not getting sleep where you pay rent. My sink fell in the first month and my dishwasher went out the second month. These apartments are brand new. I inquired after a week of not hearing anything in regards to the broken dishwasher the manager acted annoyed that I wanted an update on the status as they don’t keep you informed. They then entered my apartment without notifying me and I just happened to noticed the light stopped blinking on the dishwasher ( that’s how I found out my dishwasher worked). I’m writing this at 5:26am by the way I haven’t slept well since I moved here!!!!
