March 27, 2026Living conditions aren’t worth the rent, staff is usually very friendly though it isn’t their fault but yeah. The apartment is old and gross needs an update and not decorations and furniture it needs new air filters and cleaning of airways and floorsProperty Manager Responded

February 21, 2026its alrightI’ve lived at this apartment complex for a year, and overall it has been a positive experience. The grounds are well maintained, with clean walkways, trimmed landscaping, and adequate lighting at night. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, usually within a day, and the staff communicates clearly about scheduling and follow up. The units are spacious, with functional layouts, modern appliances, and good sound insulation compared to similar properties. Parking is generally ...accessible, though guest spaces can fill up on weekends. Amenities such as the fitness center and pool are clean and rarely overcrowded. The location is convenient, with grocery stores, restaurants, and public transit nearby. While rent is slightly above average for the area, the quality of service and overall upkeep justify the cost. October 27, 2025I really wanted to play battlefield since I just spent many dollars on it. But, Maison Burbank decided it was the exact time they wanted to cut the internet off from all its residents. Now it’s been many days and now all I do is waste my time on my phone because at least that has service on it. The worst of it, is they probably gonna still charge us for WiFi at the end of the month, cause they just like that.Property Manager Responded
