May 26, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI DO NOT recommend this property to anybody. It is in such poor condition and there are rodents! The managers are rude and the reviews are nothing but lies. It’s affordable but you get what you pay for. Rodents, cigarette smell, poor communication, and structural problems. It’s falling apart and the staff here don’t care. There have been shooting around here as well, so aside from the unsafe living conditions due to it not being kept up, it’s unsafe physicallyProperty Manager Responded

May 26, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comIf you love your children, do not allow them to live here. It has been a nightmare. There are RODENTS and Pest. There are major customer service issues. The property is not maintained. It is literally falling apart. The residents are uncomfortable asking for assistance due to attitudes when attempting to get their needs addressed. There is no follow up after service request. They do not care about the residents. They are only concerned about receiving the money.
