December 31, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comI lived here more than two years. I have an excellent experience for living this place. All property personnel are helpful & cooperative. They are prompt to response service request. I moved this location due to change of my job location.
Old appliances
April 30, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comThey updated the look but not major appliances. Air conditions always have troubles. They updated cabinets door with new doors but frames are very old and they have all kinds of bugs. Restrooms have the oldest shower knobs you see. Taking shower is struggle. Internet service is very poor plus utilities are shared utility with all tenant it means if someone use lot of electricity and waste water you will pay their bill

Allows felons to live here
September 21, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comAs another reviewer mentioned this place is noisy. There is a person who just got off felony probation (they told me do themselves) and sits outside all hours of the night with friends drinking and being loud. Myself and other neighbors have reported this person but the staff has obviously done nothing as it still continues to happen. Plus there have been a lot of vehicles broken into here lately. A coincidence? I think not.

September 13, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comRent is expensive and after 7 months of begging the management to help the residents and neighbors with the garbage truck service to stop coming between 4 and 5 am, nothing has been accomplished. If you want to sleep at night, this is not the place for you. Very noisy. Very disappointing.

October 5, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comGreat people, great place. Very safe and clean. Great WiFi. Grounds are in very nice shape. Matience and maid service excellent. Pool always clean and almost always open. Laundry facilities.. Excellent. Could not ask for better neighbors! Office staff..incredibly professional and helpful. Devon and Christina in the office are a pleasure. Buffy the manger is very good at her job, and I can't say enough about the kindness she has shown me and my family. Kid friendly but not over runned with kids. ...All of the kids are very well behaved. Everyone picks up after their pets and all dogs are leached. Very secure and clean!! Great crawfish party in the spring. Apartments are updated and tastefully furnished. A truely great place. Hate to be moving and hope to come back some day.Read More
