Roaches bedbugs and poor management

Terrible management, this place is relatively new but already seen pest control has come to the building multiple times for roaches and bed bugs (they have to leave warnings on the front doors of the infested units). The fitness room was closed for nearly a month with no explanation and no changes made, and the elevator wasn't working for over two weeks, yet no discount on rent was given. The walls are PAPER THIN, I know EVERYTHING about all of my neighbors because I can hear every conversation ...

above a whisper. And to top it off someone has a piano they play daily that the entire building can hear.

I have been living here for about 2 year and love it here. Everything is walkable and parking included is amazing. The manager helps out with everything he can. Very quite location and rarely see any of my neighbors. I love it here.

Just moved in about a week ago and I am so in love!! The Manager is super kind and really cares about his residents. I love how everything is so walk-able and even the subway is near. I would recommend anyone to check out the Monarch Apartments you will fall in love.
