The Beachwood

DO NOT RENT WITH MPM. They refuse to give back security deposits, they don't have staff properly cleaning common areas of apartments. Hence, there are stains, urine, and trash water trails everywhere, and THEY DIDN'T RESPOND TO CALLS OF A POSSIBLE FIRE. I called the fire department & they had to call and speak with management about this themselves. They are taking advantage of people and leaving us to deal with the repercussions.
