Stole $300 from me without my authorization. Staff has extremely poor communication and interpersonal skills. Never worked with a rental company up until now who won't allow an applicant to apply for an apartment without first making them commit to a deposit immediately upon approval, especially without ensuring that they are clearly aware of this. Their tactics are predatory, disgusting, and criminal.

We need to follow the same policy and procedure for every individual, so this is in part why we do our best to explain the procedure.
