October 29, 2017Quite a few of the outlets are burnt out. The cable wiring is so bad Cable One said they wont come back out until they re-wire. The lighting in the living room is very dim. There is mold in the bathroom already there when you move in, but you don't realize until later that they knew it was there and just PAINTED over it. If you look in the AC closet it will give you nightmares. The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbor urinating in the apartment above you. Mold & mildew are EVERYWHERE! I'm ...surprised people don't get sick. The parking is SO bad they have the number to the tow truck company posted on the door so you can find out where your car went! There arent even lines in the parking lot. And the biggest problem is that they enter your home without notice on a regular basis. Roaches, thin walls, rude manager
February 22, 2017There is not even enough parking for all the apartments to have 1 space! Roaches and silverfish are everywhere in this dump and when you tell the manager, she won't schedule pest control for you for a week. The walls are very thin and you can here all of your neighbors conversations and if you live downstairs you here bad kids stomping and running. Lots of bad kids in this place always running through the parking lot and never monitored. The windows are caked in mildew from the moment you move in ...because of moisture. The floors are always damp because of weird, on-going moisture in the place. The office manager, Mickie, is a major jerk and has an attitude every time you talk to her about anything. There is only one maintenance man and he is a joke that can't fix anything. The deposit is huge and they deduct penalties for the tiniest of things (such as a light bulb going out). ok apt, but could be better.
July 21, 2015I have been living inthis apt for a year not and there are things I love as well as hate. It has been remodeled so it has great potential. the living room and and bed room is really small so it feels cramped if you have alot of furniture. There are times when its really quiet and peaceful peaceful, but depending on who you live next to determines that. There was a bit of a pest problem, but after my constant complaining it has now been rectified. At night there is no parking, there are days when ...I come home from work and have to park in another complex because of this.
