Maintenance is horrible
March 31, 2019We had the ceiling leak it took lots of time and we had to live with water leaking with every rain the room, also washer was not working but maintenance was not listening for weeks and had to do laundry outside, in general the management doesn’t listen to maintenance issues so please consider the maintenance before movingReview from Apartments.com

Renaissance - Very Good
July 28, 2015My current apartment is a great location for my work and great access to nearby train station in New Brunswick. Has great space and balcony space which is a plus. The common places are well maintained. There is also a community pool, tennis courts, and parks all over the area which is great for outdoor activities. There is also a Shoprite, Walmart, Costco, etc. nearby which makes shopping easy. Only negative I have is that the cooling/heating in the apartment is not split between the 2nd and ...3rd floor. It only senses whatever temperature it is from the 2nd floor. So although the downstairs may be cool the upstairs can be hot as an oven and vice versa.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
