No show for tour
December 6, 2023I had a tour scheduled and no one showed up. I was very disappointed. I was told to drive to the sister apartment then come back to theirs and I had no idea where it was at because I just moved here.Property Manager Responded

Snake infestation
May 3, 2023I’ve seen more snakes living here than I have in my entire life time. The leasing office will not do anything about it because they say the snakes are venomous. This is beyond ridiculous.Review from Apartments.com
Love this place
May 30, 2018So far, this apartment complex is great. Everything was beautiful and clean when we moved in. All the details were very nice. The place is real cute anyway. The apartment leasing agents are wonderful especially Tracy. She made us feel very welcome and was very non-judgemental and helpful with our needs. The maintenance staff is excellent and anything we call in about is taken care of immediately. They care about all your needs and that your apartment is in tip top shape, have regular ...checks to make sure everything is working great. The grounds are beautiful, well kept, and in good repair. There is a beautiful dog park with bags for disposal. There is a nice clean pool and volleyball pit with a few tables to enjoy lunch at. I can't say enough good things. Right behind the complex is a small but beautiful park where you can walk to with the kids. The area seems crime free. We are really enjoying it here and might stay for several years. I would rent here above most places around. It's quiet and nice! There are a lot of really nice people in the complex. There is also a small workout room, and a property relaxation room. Great for adults, elderly and quieter younger or professional families! They respond to emergencies quickly too, our garage door got stuck on the weekend and a guy came out within the hour, and we had a small hvac leak and they were on it immediately. The master bedroom fit our very large furniture and a desk and keyboard. The living room is nice and has pretty windows. The kitchen is big enough and some details are pretty nice like the better quality faucet with a pull out sprayer. ZERO complaints. 100% Awesomeness. April 30, 2017This complex is amazing! First I'll mention the office staff. They are so friendly, especially Tracy! She is so helpful and honest which is such a relief compared to previous places I have rented from. She does her job, but doesn't try to scam you! Next, maintenance is very helpful and fast. Anytime I need something fixed, even if minor, they are there that day! The grounds of the apartment are wonderful too. Always very well kept and clean which is so nice to look at. The apartments themselves ...are amazing too. I have the Lotus floor plan and I am in love. The apartments are very spacious and each unit comes with a washer and dryer, all for a reasonable price. Lastly, and for me most importantly, I feel safe here. I don't have issues with loud neighbors, and in the year and a half here I have never heard of any break ins or theft. Plus each unit comes with a free security system which is amazing! I cannot say a single bad thing about this place and I strongly urge anyone considering moving here, to do it! Best value in Virginia Beach
February 17, 2016My boyfriend and I moved in about 8 months ago after a very extensive search, and we could not be happier with our choice. These are the most spacious apartments we looked at, and are less expensive than many of the others. The apartment was spotless when we moved in, and all the appliances are in wonderful working order. We had one minor complaint about the ceiling fan making noise, and it was taken care of the very next day. We love having the giant dog park downstairs and the fact that we ...don't pay extra for the washer and dryer that are in an actual laundry room, not in a hall closet or the kitchen. Spacious and well kept
September 17, 2015magnolia chase has been so helpful. Our two bedroom/two bath was clean the day we moved in and I found no discrepancies, as I did with my old apartment. They are attentive and listen. The master bedroom is big enough for our queen size bed, the dressers and the baby's crib. Great place to live
September 5, 2013My daughter and her friend are recent first year teachers in the VBSD. The move from PA happened in a very short amt. of time. They were lucky enough to have found a 2 bdrm. 2nd floor apt. at Magnolia Chase on the Internet and took it sight unseen. They could not be happier.
