September 5, 2022Mold issue’s, plumbing backup, loud environment because if proximity to street and residents playing music in cars at all hours, unresponsive staff, staff turnover, stolen packages from doorstep, incompetent maintenance, gate broken/ no security, you get the idea.Property Manager Responded

Not worth your money
February 9, 2022Rent is way to high given the lack of quality and upkeep: Gate is almost always broken Staff are impersonal Maintenance requests take forever. No that close to the beach, it funny that they advertise that. Happy searching but save your time and avoid this one.Property Manager Responded
