The building is beautifully maintained, and it’s clear the team takes real pride in keeping everything in top shape. There’s always thoughtful, ongoing maintenance happening, and if something ever does come up, it’s handled quickly, professionally, and with great communication. One of the best parts of living here is the close-knit team. It truly feels personal and you’re ...not just another resident. Getting to know everyone, from Emily, Patrick, and Justin in the office to Brandon on the maintenance team, makes such a difference. December 12, 2025I would like to see more community activities organized and/or communicated by management. At least, return to posting activities (even resident led activities) on calendars posted in the elevators. Going to the resident portal every day to find ways to connect with other residents is a nuisance. Best regards and thank you for your consideration.
