this was a good starter apartment but not really a good place to raise kids too many people hanging out around the playground. my kids would like to play but it doesnt appear safe enough so we need to move somewhere that my kids can feel more free to play outside like kids do best and feel safe enough to do it!

" Mallards landing living community is more like a big family reunion. Everybody is very caring and helpful towards each other. The staff team is absolutely awesome, they make sure that everybody is happy with the area! They make sure they have security out at night so everybody can sleep peacefully for the next day ahead of them. Its like a big family reunion who love each other and are ready to help each other at any given time. "
