Great customer service
April 22, 2024I was interested in the 2 bedroom, the interaction was amazing over the phone, I spoke to Lotticia over the phone to schedule a tour she was very professional, nice, and informative. Everyone was very polite and professional. DK stood up and greet me walking into the office. I was also greet by the property manager Monita. I was given alot of resourceful information. Do not move here
March 9, 2024Do not move here unless you have no expectations or rarely ever going be home. The staff is terrible and never have answers. They don't answer phones or return calls. They say the leasing office is open but no one answers the door or its always locked, especially on Saturdays which is my only free day as Monday-Friday I have to work to pay rent. The leasing office opens when people are at work and closes when people are at work or stuck in traffic, so you actually will never be able to speak with ...anyone. They drag their feet on everything. Make promises they never intend to keep. THEY DONT CARE. THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY. Just dont move hereProperty Manager Responded

Poor service
February 2, 2024Absolutely trash. This is my first time applying to an apartment, and I used mom's name and her income(she was going to pay it.) and they called me saying how they had to cancel my application because I'm supposed to apply as if my mom and I are going to living there. I then asked if I would get my money back and they then said no and how I would have to reapply after 30 days.Property Manager Responded

What a headache
August 12, 2023I have lived here for almost a year and it’s always something with this complex. The office rarely answers your calls, trash is always piled up, loose stray animals terrorizing the residents, maintenance requests are not being completed and they don’t even have an emergency maintenance number. My a/c is out and I PROBABLY won’t get ahold of someone until Monday.Property Manager Responded

Great office staff.
May 21, 2023Mrs. Brittani did a wonderful job! She was polite and easy to work with. She constantly stayed in contact with me to ensure I had everything I needed. She broke everything down and made it easy to complete my application process. She was down to earth and honest. She never got upset when I called (sometimes back to back) asking questions if I didn't understand something. She politely explained it to me. I have had some bad experiences with other apt but I never got a bad vibe from Mrs. Brittani ...or the staff from the moment I called them and walked into the office. I was shown my apt and I was pleased with it. Mrs. Brittani made me feel like she wanted me to have a home. The apt complex looks very nice. Excellent job!!Property Manager Responded

Poor Quality, Expensive Rate
December 2, 2022They switched my move in date &’ the rent from what I signed a quote to agree to pay every month. At the time of signing lease I was given a different rent amount, charged for things that should already be included in rent and charged for things that I don’t even use. I have to constantly talk to property management to get maintenance to fix things but maintenance is too lazy to fix things properly. Horrible property to call a home. No where to park your vehicle and neighbors don’t respect your ...peace.Property Manager Responded

Horrible
July 12, 2022where do I start… They showed me a completely different unit from what I got. The ONLY toilet in my unit broke and they never fixed it for the rest of the 7 months I stayed there. I had to plung and remove bodily fluids out my toilet EVERYTIME I had to use it. Huge groups of men (who didn’t live there) stood in front of my steps leaving piles of trash 24/7. Playing loud music, having block parties every other night. There were multiple shoot outs a month. One so bad that bullets came through my ...bedroom wall, THEY DID NOTHING. 3 people died (by gun) while I stayed there in 1 1/2 years. The office was nonchalant about everything, never fixed any problems. They just wanted money. DO NOT MOVE HERE.Property Manager Responded

Robbery experience
March 7, 2018These apartments will sell you a false dream.. Point blank. My experience was a real lesson learned. Michelle the manager told me I was approved and all I needed was to submit bank statements for more proof of income.. I return my bank statements next day. Monday instead of being professionally and contact me back I had to contact her. She completely denied everything.. She will tell you credit don't matter to get your money.. And leave you out of money and a home. $100 dollar app fee wasted.. ...Im a single mom and I felt robbed.. My credit wasn't a issue.. What she came up with is well over 5yrs old and she told me they run credit back 1yr.. BsProperty Manager Responded
