Poor property management
August 11, 2023This place is terrible. Lobby is not secure and has not been secure for a year now. Place is dirty. Manager not on site. Vents are filthy. It’s very poorly managed.Review from Apartments.com
Poor maintenance
April 12, 2022The management company does not believe in maintaining the property. A vent is hanging off the wall but it still functions, cracks in tub but if they can't push them down, no fix, toliet cracked, not leaking, no fixProperty Manager Responded
December 19, 2022I believe these issues described on the review have already been repaired, there was a delay in some of the maintenance issues due to switch in Maintenance team.
