This landlord doesn't like to fix things and when he does its a patch job. Wouldn't recommend renting from any of his properties

i went out to lake land floriida see this place for rent what see her not true fact place was gross DIrty place unsafe this place lie here this place rent not worth the rent place was so so gross it was not clean there was no a/c place was unsafe place it seem to live there this place i would not rent at all these place need lot work out side was gross they lie to you here about this place this not true place it is fake once go see place in person it gross unsafe place to live not worth this ...

place at all bad bad place to rent waste your money for this place this place not nice place to live here at all the kitcken is so gross in this place the people live here so gross it not clean place has mice and bed bugs on walls and lot bugs outside fly in out places and there no pool or place to do your clothers at all this place so poor keep up it is bad this landlord lie to you over phone until see it place has everything broke inside and out the grass place need cutting they will not cut it this place not near anything that lie the place so bad it poor poor all say aBOUT THIS place not place to live i seen better place to rent that nice this place bad area it like living in woods area bad area so if was anyone dont go see this place it so bad it should be close down everyone lives there dont look happy living there ok thanks
