Between roach infestations, gunshots every night, drug deals outside my door, the train horn blasting constantly, and constant maintenance problems, this is a place to stay away from

I'll be renewing my first lease soon, and I'm glad to have found this place. The recent renovations are inside and out, and very nice. It's got quick access to all parts of Nashville! And even better, you you only need to get into downtown traffic if that's your destination.

My favorite thing about living here is the sense of community and family-friendly atmosphere. We really enjoy getting together with friends and family in the community spaces, and my dog loves the park! Everyone on staff has always been so friendly and helpful, and I've been very happy living here.

Maple Creek Apartment Complex exceeded my expectations with its delightful features. The location is very convenient and the apartments are well-maintained, and the modern interiors provided a comfortable living space. The management team was friendly and responsive to any concerns I had during my stay. The rent was in my budget, the overall experience made it worth the investment. Maple Creek is a great choice for those seeking a peaceful and enjoyable living environment.

I've lived at Maple Creek apartments for two years and have always had a great experience. Aimee, the property manager, has always been kind and understanding. Last August I fell behind on rent after having to spend a lot of money on new school uniforms for my kids and it took me several months to get completely caught up again. Aimee was always very patient and understanding and never made me feel bad about late payments. The maintenance team here is also phenomenal. Anytime I had anything that ...
needed to be fixed they got to it either right away or no later than the next day. Something as small as replacing thermostat batteries or even replacing a fridge they always help. Everyone here is amazing and the renovations they've done on the playground and apartments is really great! You'd be happy to live here!
