September 16, 2025Location is perfect for me but management is terrible. You can never contact them, even if you reply to the person who might email you it is never correct. Recently I replied to an email from the property manager about carpet cleaning but later received a call from someone else. Just would like there to be some consistency. I live here because it is close to family but dealing with management is very hard and I would NEVER recommend this complex to a friend.Property Manager Responded

February 1, 2025Beware - they charge fees that are not in lease agreements. Read the lease carefully. Management ignores emails and does not respond in a timely (30 business days) or complete manner. The neighbors are quiet and the apartments generally feel safe. Maintenance is usually timely and helpful. As a resident, we are charged a community cleaning fee, but the buildings are in need of a major paint job on the outside, floor tiles are cracked, ware and tear is obvious but not unsafe.Property Manager Responded
