Low income apartments are great first time apartments for growing families, singles, etc when first starting out! They take up to almost a year to get in, but for the price I believe it! The things I did not like about it is being made to park completely out of the parking lot for "painting" idk for days at a time, making it so I had to carry my handicap child in which is already difficult for me as it is, too many stairs, sometimes the office closes as early as 3:30, and I was constantly calling ...
