Poor security

I’m currently a resident. I’ve been here for over 5years without any major issues. My car gets hit while parked on their property. They didn’t have cameras. That’s not the end, months go by my car gets vandalized. I find out they’ve installed cameras, so I’m thinking great, I’ll be able to find out what happened by going to the leasing office. Wrong, she gave me the run around for two weeks telling she was busy. I then call a police officer too force staff to view footage. They view the camera ...
for 10mins and tell me they didn’t see anything and questions whether I’m sure it happened on the property??? Why would I go through so much, for something their insinuating I made up. After being here for over 5 years this is for me! Instead of taking the time to watch camera footage fully!!! You’ll rather call me a liar and mention my car insurance. As a loyal tenant I deserve better!!! And will find it!!!
