These apartment managers like to harass people knowing they have 10 days to let someone know about their car going to be towed or if it’s not drivable the resident has 3 days to move it before towed. My ball joint can off my car Saturday 08/25/18 I had it towed there that evening sense it was the weekend, to get the part to fix it I had to wait till today Monday, 8/27/18 to get the mechanic to fix it around 2 this afternoon, tell me why these apartment people had the nerve to tow my car wit it ...

only being 2 days then sit back and tell me I have to pay for my car to be brought back and agruing saying it was parked there sense Friday HOW!? If I have a paper proof the tow trucker dropped it off Saturday. These people are going to pay for my car to be out and fix any extra damages bcuz I have an estimate already done on my car and pictures before they had it towed or they will be sued. This isn’t the only issue that I have wit them they also change the rent on certain people every month. Why? Everyone’s rent should be the same for them every month especially if your like me and pay on time every month so tell me again why my bill each month gets higher and higher? Do not waste y’alls time here.

RUN - DON'T RENT!!!

We've lived here many years without ever being even 1 day late on the rent, but the new property management is absolutely horrifying! They are so rude and never, ever fix anything until contacted several times. The apartments generally all have black mold! We have roaches, mice, and most other pests! Anytime you want something fixed, it takes about 4 months and 12 rude conversations with Rochelle. Currently, we have no heat or air with the 40 degree temperatures. The water is turned off ...

almost every day for hours without warning or explanation! If you're lucky enough to get a maintenance person for repairs, they will leave your door ajar for the entire time, even during lunch and smoke breaks. SMH Unless you have NO OTHER ALTERNATIVE, this is the last place in Harris county you want to live! Recently, it's come to our attention that they are scamming money from the renters as well. In spite of a signed lease for a certain amount, our rent changes monthly. An attempt was made to evict us for a $4 water bill that to date has still never been received. To add to the misery, it appears that it's becoming a haven for drugs as well. NEVER RENT HERE! RUN FAR AND FAST!!! Wish there was a (-10) rating!

Horrible unhealthy Place

Do not rent here. I cannot wait for this place to get shut down once all news station know about the horrible unsafe conditions they have their renters living in. They have no regards for their tenants health as there is black mold probably in ever other apartment. The office staff lack basic training. They will argue with you and belittle you for simply bringing a work issue to their attentions. The water is off every week for hours at a time with NO notice . Barley ever hot water. in a work order the maintenance men say they will be right back and never come. They leave doors unlocked once they finish. To save yourself the headache and sickness from mold spores don't rent here..

I have to agree with the other bad reviews. The office staff is rude, less than helpful and argue with you when you bring something to their attention that needs to be addressed. I have to be overly nice as not to upset them for fear of making matters worse. So disappointing as this is an ideal area for us to live. There are stray cats everywhere and from the sounds of things there will be more shortly. I guess the upside of the cats is maybe it will keep the rats population down. People ...

move in and out and the area is just plain trashy. I was told there were W/D hookups and there are not. There's never a time when the W/D facilities aren't being used so I have to go offsite to do my laundry every week. I have had issues with maintenance needs from the get go and finally got them addressed after nearly 4 months. There has been a sewer spill and dead rodent smells consistently. I don't feel safe walking from my car at night. Not sure I will be able to stay here the entire lease, regardless of what it may do to my rental history.

Horrible place to live

I made a mistake by moving into these apartments. The management is so unprofessional and run this property like a hotel. The management fuss and argue with u about any concerns u complain about and give no reasoning for change. They don't give no notices before an action. My car got towed because I got off work and parked on the line coldest part was I was running inside to change for my father's wedding, I wasn't able to make it because I didn't have the money to get my car back. Do not believe the other posting below me. They have since gone under new management and they allow anyone and everyone to move in. It does not feel like a safe area at all. I suggest looking at any where else besides here unless you are desperate. They told us in January that we had to go to the post office to pick up our mail due to the mailboxes being "under construction" but here we are going on 5 months later and there have been no changes to the mail situation. parking now and there's always cars with flat tires or on bricks in the parking lot. Cats run wild here, and people drive their cars through the park adjacent to the community. Neighbors are not quite here, mine are on the patio barbecuing and drinking until almost midnight everyday and children run through screaming late at night as well. My apartment has black mold in the air conditioning vents and my AC broke the day I moved in. Steer clear of this place unless you are absolutely desperate and don't mind shady activity.

I love it here. The apartments are very spacious. Parking is always available whether car port or traditional parking. The view is amazing since you're on the marina and the park trail. It's nice and quiet with no loud neighbors or anything to disrupt your quiet time after a long day at work.
