April 30, 2026Hello I moved from Tahoe in August. I must of looked at 50 units here in SF and Oakland. I saw an advertisement with a unit with a view of the bay. I met Brittney the day the advertisement went up. She was attentive and very cordial. I was offered a tour and let me say I was blown away by the place. I love so much about my new place. The cedar shingles sets us apart from the rest of the city. The pool is refreshing especially during the current heat wave, The gym is perfect with light ...use. The laundry is priced right and very convenient. The parking garage is a must if you own a vehicle, The walkable area is unmatched maybe on the planet. I can walk to the Golden Gate Bridge every morning, watch the cruise ships and sailboats in the bay. Hands down the best I could have asked for and wouldn’t change a thing. June 11, 2024There are constant issues at this property that should not be experienced given the cost to live here. Half of the washers/dryers are consistently out of service, the hallways/elevators/common areas are littered with trash, the pool temperature is ice cold, and the walls are paper thin. Management sends annoying noise complaints instead of insulating the walls.Property Manager Responded
