I’ve lived here for 2 years and to be honest the inside of these apartments look exactly the same as it did 12 years ago. It looks like they are more worried about the upkeep of outside rather than the inside. There’s so many layers of paint on everything that it peels off so easily.

I’ve lived here I’ve lived here 5 years Very quiet setting Under new management we now have one maintenance man that has replaced three maintenance men we use to have on property at one time how he does it I don’t know, this maintenance man work’s from sun up till sun down! By himself only one thing he lack is a golf cart he does a lot of walking on this property Yard work is also very well kept I have great neighbors I will love to see the pet owner here keep their dogs on a leash at all ...

times & pick up behind their pets What the heck no place is perfect but marine park apartment is cozy
