I've lived here for 18 months and I can't take it anymore. The hallways are poorly painted with at least three different shades of white. The entire building is infested with roaches. I was in the manager's office and as she's telling me that it she doesn't have any roaches, a roach crawls across her desk and she kills it. They have regular and yet unannounced water shutoffs that last most of the day. They drop off 24hr notices that they need to inspect the apartment after 5pm the day before they ...
are going to enter. The building is completely disgusting and there is graffiti on the walls and in the laundry rooms. The laundry machines rarely work and are never repaired despite multiple work orders being submitted by several tenants. And now, icing on the cake, there has been no hot water for the last four days and no one can get a hold of the manager. She is never in her office and isn't returning phone calls or texts.
