Pros/ Cons
August 8, 2015My townhouse is a wonderful size for a family of 4. I love the fact that there's 3 bathrooms, especially inside the master bedroom but I must say; I wouldn't recommend anyone to move in here. There's a huge pest control & electric problem within all the units. Then management takes forever fixing things. Definitely overpriced!!! BewareReview from Apartments.com
This place is a joke!!!
May 29, 2013I live at Marquis Place currently and just recently the whole apt building flooded with sewage(yes feces and urine was inside my apt). The bad thing is I didn't get home til hours after it had started. My apartment was soaked with feces and urine. When I called the rental office I was told the Wet Vac and Plumber would be coming soon. The plumber came and stopped the leaking sewage but the wet vac guy never came. My husband and I had to go to WalMart and buy a wet vac. When we got back home we ...noticed it was worst than we thought it had soaked through the carpet and was on the cement. To make a long story short my husband and I removed the carpet(we have two toddlers running around) and cleaned the apt after being told they were not coming to "see if they want to replace" the carpet til Monday and it was Friday(they didn't come til wednesday). Now they are charging us $399 or they are gonna put us out!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Stay Away from Marquis
March 12, 2013This is the absolute worst apartment complex. Management will not give out the number to the corporate office.Marquis charges a fee for a gate key for a gate that either is not working or the gate is always open. Maintenance is very lax. Roaches are numerous. Loitering and noise is common once the warm weather begins. This place isn't fit for someone who likes peace and quiet. Management also doesn't address loud music problems. Happy Resident
October 5, 2013People tend to be negative when they get evicted and make it seem like this is a bad property. Quite frankly I'm happy with this place. In fact lived here when it was Casa Mia Trace back when I was in my early 20s getting my first place. I like where Inlive and your home is what you make it.Review from Apartments.com
