For what it is
September 19, 2015Its an 45 minnto hr walk to downtown and a 5 min walk to a great park. All in all its not that bad. It is an old building so expect the problems that you can have with an old building. Mangt is really nice and maintence is good. Very understanding people. I got lucky and have good neighbors. All of us keep to ourselves and help each other if needed.Review from Apartments.com
