With renovated one, and two-bedroom apartment homes, we have something for everyone! **Finishes and wall color may vary** We do not set requirements for our application screening. Each application is reviewed on a case by case basis, good to excellent credit is strongly preferred. We would ideally like to see 3 times the amount of rent for income.
