Mass Moveouts!!! Tenants are FURIOUS at new management!!!
September 25, 2025MASS EXODUS at Martinique Bay — read this before you sign your lease! Living here under the new ownership is like being trapped in a bad sitcom with no laugh track. Constant construction noise outside your window, water shut-offs almost daily, lights flickering like a haunted house, and a pool that’s “closed for maintenance” more often than it’s open. Work orders vanish into the abyss or get “closed” without anyone showing up. Appliances are older than most TikTok users. Parking? Forget it. ...You’ll circle endlessly like a vulture, only to risk getting towed from your own assigned spot. Roaches? Oh yes, management seems to treat them as honorary tenants. And let’s not forget the rent hikes — they’ll raise your rent sky-high while offering discounts to new tenants just to trap fresh victims. My deposit? Lost in the Bermuda Triangle of constant management turnover. Bottom line: Martinique Bay isn’t “home,” it’s a daily inconvenience marathon. Run, don’t walk, in the opposite direction. August 27, 2025El día 16 de agosto me mudé para este condominio para la unidad 1214 y mi experiencia ha sido horrible para empezar 1 baño sin agua , un goteo de agua constante del aire acondicionada la mitad de la sala sin corriente y para mi pesar ayer fueron arreglar la corriente y me dejaron peor que como estaba pues ahora en la única pared que tenía corriente cuando llegué ayer del trabajo me tomo por sorpresa que ni la TV puedo ver , llamé al número de emergencia de matenimiento y pusieron un cable con ...una extensión sin ningún tipo de seguridad Sinceramente no sé cómo pueden rentar un apartamento sin las mínimas condiciones para vivir nunca me he sentido tan maltratada como en este lugar llevo 10 días aquí y apenas he podido dormir y descansar todo ha sido traumático y horribleProperty Manager Responded

August 5, 2025Overall I am dissatisfied with my experience so far. As a new tenant this apartment has been one problem after another and I have only been here 2 weeks. I hope to see some of my issues remedied within a reasonable timeframe, but that is up to management on whether or not my experience will turn for the better. My in-person conversations with the office are always positive and seem to be productive but whether or not anything can actually be reasonably resolved is another matter.Property Manager Responded
