Mixed Bag
August 24, 2025Pros: hard to hear neighbors, pest inspections every 6 months or so, generally available parking surrounding building, great location, lots of physical building improvements in the last year or so Cons: elevator is broken more often than not, poor communication with management, maintenance requests will be pending for up to 3 weeks (and sometimes will be "completed" without actually getting fixed), recycling bin is often overflowing for sometimes over a week, storage area is damp and sometimes ...things will get water damaged. Overall if you're looking for something relatively affordable and not overly loud, the place is great.
