In the Mayfair and Windsor buildings, the first floor is 1/2 a flight of stairs down; and the second floor is 1/2 a flight up. In the Court building, all apartments are on the second floor, and the garage is at street level. There are no elevators; however, apartments on higher floors may have a beautiful view.
