Potholes
May 3, 2022Take a drive through Mcnaughten woods, you may lose a tire. You are dodging the potholes the whole way through. Management has been made aware of the issue but still nothing has been resolved. Drive at your own risk.Review from Apartments.com
Very disappointed
July 20, 2015I have been in townhome for 3 weeks now and maintenance STILL has not came to fix toilets, water damage or ANYTHING that should've been done weeks ago. They did have a contracter come in and replace countertops a week later which had paint all over it. It took us 2 weeks to get our mailbox keys because the old tenants never turned them in. The office promised us an address of our unit and the day of lease signing, next thing you know we're in a different unit, even though I changed my address ...with AEP, cable, post office, etc. Pros: I love that all of the rooms are very spacious, 2,035 sq ft is HUGE for a 2 bedroom townhome if you ask me..I love that mine comes with a garage door but I noticed not all townhomes do, just the open garage. New carpet and flooring, Lot of storage space, the stand up shower is very nice! Fenced in patio is a plus. Plenty of counter and cabinet space! Cons: Maintenance NEVER comes! Cabinets and shelving is very outdated and needs redone, stairs are very squeeky, Every door in townhome squeeks very loud. Appliances: Fridge-no light bulb, oven light is out, dishwasher-detergant dispenser won't shut, and the wheels are missing. Everytime it rains, the basement walls are moist and smells musty, Garage is very small, if you have a garage door, your door won't close if you have a big vehicle, people that cleaned our gutters above patio left a huge mess all over my patio furniture including grill. The windows are a pain to open and shut. Parking is a major problem when you come home late or even when you have quests over. The complex is a gated community but half the people that come through gate won't go in unless they wait to tailgate behind you to get in. Which shows they don't even live here. Cara are constantly coming in and out of complex any time day and night. Half the time the gates are always open. This is all I see just in a matter of 3 weeks of living here. Other than all of that. It seems pretty quiet, The townhome feels very homey and feels like your in a house rather than a standard townhome. You definitely get what you pay for.
